Set up and Pick up Times
​We will work with you on scheduled times as best as we can but they do vary. Set-up times will be anywhere between 8am - 3pm. Pickup times will be between 10am - 3:00pm.

How are the tents and bedding cleaned? 
All linens are washed with a fragrance free hypoallergenic detergent after each use. Everything else is cleaned and disinfected.

Can we bring our pets? 
We are not pet friendly due to accidents and allergies.

Can we keep anything? 
No, all things we drop off will be picked up unless charcuterie, cotton candy or facial related.

Do we get our deposit back? 
If you cancel after making a deposit, you will lose your deposit. If you would like to switch to another day, there will be a $50 charge.

How much space do I need for indoor glamping?
Each tent is about 4ft wide by 7ft long.  You may allot for room to walk. Please have area clear/clean prior to our arrival as we will not move any items that do not belong to us.

How much space do I need for the outdoor tent?
For our small tent we need at least 15FT x 15FT plus an extra 3FT around. For our large tent we need 25FT x 25FT plus 3FT extra around. All outdoor tents must be on a grass area.

Do you stay and host the party?
We do not stay; you are the host of your own event. We do however ensure everything is set up the way you need it.

Do you accept tips?
We do and appreciate them! We work very hard at setting up everything perfect for your day!

What If There Is Damage To An Item?
Rental Items will be examined after supplies are returned to Get Glamping, if there is any form of damage, Get Glamping will charge the cost of replacement item(s).

What Are The Food And Beverage Policies?
To Avoid Accidents, we advise against eating and drinking in the tent. We ask that only light snacks be eaten inside the tent. Clear liquid should be the only form of liquid. If we find extensive cleanup due to food or beverage there will be a $50 clean up fee.

What Are The Smoking Policies?
There is NO smoking allowed of any form. All parties must be set up in a smoke - free environment. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $200 if items are soiled with the smell of smoke.

What if severe weather is expected?
The outdoor tents are 100% waterproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up your outdoor glamping experience. We will not set up tents in heavy rain or lightening, we will not accept cancellations for rain but can reschedule your event for another day.
